GOVVAS adopted this privacy policy (“Policy”) to describe our policies and practices concerning the personal information we collect about you through our mobile websites, mobile apps, blogs and website (collectively, “Site”). GOVVAS is committed to the privacy and security of the personal information we collect.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites accessible through our Site or other applications.
Personal Information We Collect
As described below, we may collect or have collected in the preceding 12 months the following categories of personal information (“PI” or “personal information”). We may add to the categories of PI we collect and the purpose(s) we collect and use it. In those cases, we will inform and update this section of the Policy:

- Biometric information– such as an individual’s physiological, biological, or behavioral characteristics used or is intended to be used singly or in combination with each other or with other identifying data, to establish individual identity.
- Geolocation data– such as location information while using one of our apps.
- Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information– such as identifiable information obtained about you from voicemail messages, while speaking with our service representatives, including on the telephone, and captured by video cameras.
- Professional or employment-related information– such as information on job applications, information needed during onboarding for payroll and benefits, and information needed for evaluating performance.
- Sensitive Information— Sensitive information means a consumer’s social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number; account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; precise geolocation; racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership; the contents of a consumer’s mail, email, and text messages unless the business is the intended recipient of the communication; genetic data; the processing of biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying a consumer; personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer’s health; and personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer’s sex life or sexual orientation.
Personal information does not include certain categories of information, such as publicly available information from government records, and deidentified or aggregated consumer information.
Collection of Personal Data
GOVVAS collects personal data to operate effectively and to comply with government regulations (e.g., employment, tax, insurance). GOVVAS collects and maintains Personal data from its current and former employees, from individuals it may potentially employ or place for permanent or temporary employment with GOVVAS customers, from current and former contingent workers (including temporary workers and other non-employees) of GOVVAS and, at times, it may collect or be exposed to personal data from its customers or vendors. Through certain of the GOVVAS Web sites, GOVVAS collects personal data that is voluntarily provided by users when a user signs up for a GOVVAS job board account or allows for users to set up an account or otherwise submit information for the purpose of searching for temporary or permanent employment opportunities, submit a resume for inclusion in a GOVVAS database or respond to a listed employment position.
The information GOVVAS collects will be used only as described in this Privacy Statement and/or in the way we specify at the time of collection. We will not subsequently change the way your personal data is used without your consent.
GOVVAS notifies all identified individuals about the purposes for which personal data is collected and used. In appropriate situations, however, personal data may be “anonymized” so that the identity of individuals cannot be known. In these cases, GOVVAS will not notify you regarding the purpose for which personal data is collected and used by GOVVAS.

By using this Web site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described herein. If we decide to make changes to this Privacy Statement, we will post the changes on this site so that you will always know what information we collect and how we use it.
Sharing Your Personal Data
GOVVAS may respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process by disclosing your personal data and other related information, if necessary. We also may disclose your personal data when we choose to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

As a part of our providing services to our customers, we may share personal data from our customers with other third parties as instructed by the customer. We may share the personal data with others solely for the purposes of managing the work we are contracted to manage and for no other reason and will abide by any contractual obligations contained in any customer agreement related to the sharing of personal data we receive from the customer.
Data Integrity
GOVVAS takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is accurate, complete, and current. All current and former employees of GOVVAS, applicants for specific jobs within GOVVAS and current and former contingent workers (including temporary workers and other non-employees) of GOVVAS, as well as individuals we may potentially employ, are asked to inform GOVVAS immediately in the event of changes in personal data.
Security of Your Personal Data
GOVVAS is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. GOVVAS uses reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. GOVVAS supports online security using secure server technology because we want your data to be safe. There are state-of-the-art security arrangements and facilities on GOVVAS work sites to maintain data security.
Children’s Privacy
This site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. GOVVAS does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems.
Verification
GOVVAS conducts an annual self-assessment in order to verify that this Privacy Statement is published and implemented within GOVVAS.
